Job summary

Glory Days Grill is seeking a Host in Bradenton, FL to greet guests and manage seating with a friendly, energetic attitude. You’ll be the first and last impression, ensuring guests feel valued while guiding them to available seats during a busy shift.

This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, opportunities for advancement, and a focus on hospitality within a casual, sports-themed environment. You’ll contribute to a positive guest experience every day.

Qualifications

• Experience as a host or in customer service preferred.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage seating with a friendly demeanor.
• Answer phones and provide guest information as needed.
• Maintain restaurant flow and assist with cleanliness and safety.
• Assist in training new hosts and promote a welcoming atmosphere.

As a host, you will:

• Be the First and Last Impression of every guest
• Stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Continuously bend, reach, twist and use your hands and arms.
• Make the Guests feel as if they are the only people in the restaurant and that their happiness is of the utmost importance.
• Your primary responsibility is to provide warm, hospitable service to each and every guest.
• Assist in tasks to ensure a clean, sanitized and safe restaurant
• Be responsible for the seating of the guests and maintain the flow in the restaurant
• You will be responsible for answering the phones and providing the guests with information as needed
