Texas Roadhouse in Ashburn, VA is seeking a Host to greet every guest with a genuine welcome and to start the Legendary Service experience. Roadies are the heart of our restaurant culture, with friendly teamwork and a fun, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a genuine welcome and manage initial guest contact.
• Maintain smiling, friendly interactions and assist guests as needed.
• Assist with wait time estimates and guest seating as appropriate.
• Provide a memorable first impression and communicate the Texas Roadhouse story.
• Demonstrate teamwork and support fellow staff to ensure smooth service.

Pay

$12.77 - $18.00 per hour

As a Host Your Responsibilities Would Include

• Going out of your way to assist every guest
• Serving our fresh baked bread
• Effectively maintaining our wait and quote times
• Giving our First-Time Guests an extra special welcome
• Telling each guest our legendary Texas Roadhouse Story
• Demonstrating to everyone that we are the friendliest place in town
• Exhibiting teamwork

Requirements
