Job summary

Tailwind Concessions in ABQ is seeking a friendly Host for our Frank's Chicken and Waffles location at the ABQ Airport. You will greet guests, seat them, manage reservations, and maintain a welcoming front-of-house environment.

Ideal candidates have hospitality or customer service experience, strong communication, multitasking, and a professional appearance. This part-time role requires a background check for an airport badge and offers training and benefits.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly Host to join the Tailwind team at our new Frank's Chicken and Waffles location in the ABQ Airport! As the first point of contact for our guests, you will set the tone for the Tailwind experience by providing a warm welcome and ensuring a smooth flow within the dining area. As a Host, you will greet and seat guests, manage reservations and waitlists, answer guest inquiries, and maintain a clean and organized front-of-house environment. Your ability to multitask, communicate clearly, and stay calm in a fast-paced setting will be essential in this role.
