Qualifications

• Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred across roles such as dishwashing, serving, cooking, housekeeping, event cleanup, bartending or concession work.
• Ability to stand for 8–10 hours and perform physical tasks in a loud, fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic and teamwork with excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Dishwasher: Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment.
• Server: Take orders, serve food and beverages, ensure a pleasant dining experience.
• Cook: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and quality standards.
• Housekeeper: Clean guest rooms and public areas to maintain cleanliness and comfort.
• Event Clean-Up Worker: Assist in setup, breakdown and cleanup of events.
• Bartender: Prepare and serve beverages, engage with customers, maintain bar area.
• Concession Worker: Sell food and manage cash at concession stands.

Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $14.00 - $15.00 / hour This range is a goodfaith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.

What You'll Do as a Hospitality Worker:

• Dishwasher: Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to maintain a tidy and efficient kitchen environment
• Server: Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure a pleasant dining experience for guests
• Cook: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and quality standards, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
• Housekeeper: Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and comfort
• Event Clean-Up Worker: Assist in setting up, breaking down, and cleaning event spaces before, during, and after events
• Bartender: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, engage with customers, and maintain a clean and well-stocked bar area
• Concession Worker: Sell food, beverages, and other items at concession stands, handle cash transactions, and maintain a clean and organized workspace

Job Requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
• No minimal educational requirement, but specialized training can help Hospitality workers advance (some specialized tasks may require on-job training)
• Experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in one or more of the mentioned sectors
• Ability to perform physical tasks and remain standing for 8 to 10 hours
• Ability to work in a loud, fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic, teamwork, and communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
