Job summary

LOTTE HOTEL SEATTLE is seeking a PM Utility Steward to maintain cleaning equipment, wash and disinfect kitchen areas, receive deliveries, rotate stock, and ensure clean wares are properly stored in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, strong multitasking and teamwork skills, and be able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays. Competitive wages and benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools.
• Wash and disinfect kitchen and storeroom areas and tools.
• Receive deliveries, store perishables, rotate stock.
• Sort, soak, and wash silverware; breakdown dirty bus tubs.
• Break down boxes and manage recyclables; maintain trash areas.
