Wonder is hiring Team Members in Chelmsford, MA to prepare and plate dishes to spec, maintain clean stations, and deliver a welcoming guest experience. You’ll learn multiple roles, support meal-kit and delivery operations, and ensure accuracy in orders and timing.

This role offers full-time and part-time opportunities with benefits, flexible shifts, and opportunities for growth into Trainer or Supervisor positions. Previous food-service experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a fast-paced kitchen or customer-facing role.
• Ability to work quickly with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long shifts.

Responsabilités

• Create Amazing Food: prepare menu items to Wonder standards, keep stations clean and organized.
• Deliver Incredible Hospitality: greet guests warmly, assist with orders, pickups, and payments.
• Manage inventory scans and ensure correct portions and order accuracy.
• Be a Key Part of the Team: support teammates, maintain a positive energy, and adapt to busy periods.
