Shake Shack in Spring, TX is hiring crew members to join our hospitality team. The hourly rate starts at $13.50 per hour, plus tips, with weekly pay and opportunities to grow in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

You will learn to prepare and assemble items to Shake Shack standards, master all stations, and rotate through roles while upholding food safety and hospitality values. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Able to learn quickly in fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Adaptability to various roles within the restaurant.
• Consistently demonstrates integrity by doing the right thing and taking accountability.
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 16 years or older.
