Job summary

Urban Plates Irvine is seeking a Hospitality Team Member (FOH) to deliver outstanding guest service, process payments, and keep the dining and restroom areas clean. You’ll guide guests through the service line and promote beverages and pastries to enhance their experience.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or customer service experience preferred
• Able to process transactions and handle cash accurately

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding guest service and process payments for guests.
• Maintain cleanliness of the front-of-house dining area, patios, and restrooms.
• Suggestive selling of beverages and pastries and guide Guests through the service line.
