• Work closely with Managers and Team Members to deliver quality food and hospitality.
• Coach and develop Team Members for cross training as the restaurant grows.
• Model decision making and resolve issues as they arise.

• Lead the team daily to promote a positive work environment.
• Execute key duties including opening and closing the restaurant.
• Ensure food safety practices are followed by all team members.
