Job summary

Pasea Hotel & Spa – Huntington Beach, CA is seeking a Part-time Server Assistant to support dining room operations during service. You will assist servers with food and water, and help maintain a clean, organized dining area to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Meticulously cleans and sets dining room tables and booths as directed.
• Maintains a neat, clean, organized, safe, and comfortable environment for guests.
• Clears dishware and flatware as necessary throughout the dinner service.
• Provides expeditious service to each guest without sacrificing quality.
• Ensures water glasses are full throughout the meal.
• Follows all standard food handling, sanitation, RBS and health department guidelines.
• Reports potential safety issues to the manager and follows safety policies.
