Job summary

KPOT in Georgia seeks a seasoned server to deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced All-You-Can-Eat Korean BBQ and Hot Pot environment. You will greet guests, explain menus, handle orders, and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure accuracy and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in fine dining, holds a state alcohol handler certification, and is comfortable multi-tasking between bar and dining room while maintaining a hospitable attitude.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of fine dining restaurant server experience.
• Hold a valid State-Mandated Alcohol Handlers Certification.
• Experience with POS systems and delivering world-class service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and warmly.
• Answer guest questions regarding menu and KPOT brand.
• Provide accurate information on menu, pricing, hours, promotions and policies.
• Listen to guests to ensure correct orders.
• Assist with side work and opening/closing tasks.
• Maintain front-of-house area and keep server station organized.
• Monitor table turnover and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and management on allergy orders.
• Be a team player and assist others to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Thank guests and invite them to return.
