Job summary

Q Center is seeking a Part-Time Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team. You will receive, track, and ship materials, assist Purchasing with invoices, and coordinate with vendors and departments to keep dock operations smooth.

This role runs Monday to Friday, 9am to 1pm; the position pays $18.00 per hour. Candidates should have a high school diploma, customer service experience, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service experience; hospitality, restaurant, or hotel experience preferred.
• Computer knowledge/skills required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, scan, track, and log incoming and outgoing packages and materials.
• Assist with purchasing documentation and invoice processing.
• Coordinate dock access and delivery schedules with internal departments and vendors.
