Job summary

Concord Hospital seeks a friendly front desk/guest services associate to greet, screen and assist patients, visitors and staff at the entrance. You will be the first point of contact and provide way finding and information in person, by phone, or via email. The role requires at least a high school diploma and one year of customer service experience in a professional setting; Microsoft Office competency is preferred and training will be provided.

Saturday shift from 6:45 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Competent in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• As the first point of contact, create a polished and positive first impression welcoming patients, visitors and employees entering Concord Hospital.
• Screens all patients, visitors and staff entering the building as directed by Administration.
• Provides way finding assistance for patients, visitors, vendors, or staff, in person or on the telephone.
• May push patients in wheel chairs to their destination within the hospital.
• Acts as an informational resource to patients, visitors, vendors, and staff via in person, telephone, or e-mail.
• Supports department's special programs and initiatives.
• Participates and engages in department and division activities.

Experience: One year of customer service experience in a professional business environment dealing with the public in person and on the phone. Competent in use of Microsoft Office computer applications.
