Qualifications

• One year of experience in full or quick service dining.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Capable of bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, and hands use.

Responsibilities

• Take orders from guests for food and beverages.
• Enter orders into handheld computers for transmittal to kitchen staff.
• Serve food and beverages to guests and maintain a clean, inviting environment.
• Assist with reservations, greet guests, and answer phones as needed.
• Inform guests of daily specials and provide wine pairings when appropriate.
• Stock service areas and prepare tables for the next shift or large parties.
