Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum two years of high-volume experience, preferably in hotels or restaurants.
• Exceptional guest service skills.
• Must be able to work without close supervision.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
• Availability to work holidays, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely, courteous, efficient and accurate manner.
• Greet guests and maintain a welcoming dining atmosphere.
• Take orders, convey them accurately to the kitchen and bar.
• Prepare checks, process payments and provide change or receipts.
• Maintain table settings, cleanliness and sanitation throughout service.
• Adhere to all alcohol-service requirements and company SOPs.
