Job summary

Compass Group USA's FLIK unit is hiring for full-time WAITER/WAITRESS roles at the AMEX Lounge in Dallas, TX. Shifts run 6:30 am–2:30 pm or 2:00 pm–10:00 pm with online applications accepted.

Candidates with at least 1 year serving experience are preferred; pay ranges from $18 to $19 per hour and benefits include free meals and uniforms. This is a dine-in service position requiring strong customer focus and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous 1 year of serving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take food and beverage orders.
• Deliver orders promptly and maintain sanitation standards.
• Advise guests on menu items and dietary needs.
• Communicate with back-of-house staff to ensure correct delivery and special requests.
• Maintain a clean, safe dining environment and handle cash/tickets properly.
• Assist with menu knowledge and guest requests as needed.
