Job summary

Chili's in Danbury is seeking friendly Servers to deliver hospitable service and create a welcoming dining experience. You will learn the menu to guide Guests through offerings and work with the team to ensure satisfaction.

Roles include opening/closing duties and weekend/holiday shifts as needed. We value a great attitude, the ability to think quickly in a fast-paced setting, and providing a customized experience for every Guest.

Qualifications

• Great attitude and approach to Guests and Team Members.
• Meets minimum age requirement of 18 for this position.
• Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Provides a customized experience for every Guest.
• Prior experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitable and customized service to each of our Guests
• Learn our menu to explain offerings to Guests
• Perform opening and closing duties
• Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction
• Must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment
