Qualifications

• Genuine enthusiasm for hospitality and guest service.
• Able to learn menu to explain offerings.
• Maintains a welcoming environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitable and customized service to each of our Guests
• Learn our menu to explain offerings to Guests
• Perform opening and closing duties
• Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction
• Must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment
