Qualifications

• Active Driver’s License strongly preferred.
• Minimum 2-3 years of professional security, military, or law enforcement experience, preferably in hospitality/entertainment/retirement home venues.
• Exceptional situational awareness and attention to detail.
• Strong report writing skills and verbal/written communication ability.
• Be authorized to work in the U.S. and provide required documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough interior and exterior patrols with visible, professional presence to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
• Monitor surveillance systems and site activity to identify issues early and address them.
• Enforce site policies and access control procedures with confidence and composure.
• Greet and verify guests, visitors, and vendors with a hospitality-first approach.
