Job summary

Responsibilities

• Empties trash receptacles in corridors and public areas.
• Cleans all public areas, including walkways, stairways, and doors.
• Washes windows and cleans lobby, elevators, chrome and floors.
• Spot-cleans walls, removes cobwebs, and maintains restrooms.
• Vacuums carpets and shampoos public area rugs.
• Polishes lobby floors and ensures cleanliness during events.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
