Position Summary

We're seeking a Hospitality Professional to support the day‑to‑day operations of our short‑term rental portfolio throughout the Vermilion/Sandusky area. This is a hands‑on field‑based role focused on ensuring properties are clean, guest‑ready, and operating at a high standard.

This position includes responsibilities such as turnover cleanings, deep cleans, pre‑stay inspections, runner tasks, and property support needs as assigned. Team members will receive and manage assignments through the EZ Care app and are expected to work efficiently while maintaining strong attention to detail and professionalism.

The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently while managing multiple responsibilities throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete short‑term rental turnover cleanings to company standards
• Perform deep cleans at properties as needed

• Complete runner tasks and supply deliveries as assigned
• Receive and manage assignments through the EZ Care app
• Arrive to properties and complete work on schedule

Required Qualifications

Compensation, Schedule & Culture

• Independent Contractor (1099) position
