Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Three years hands-on painting and wallpaper experience required.
• Experience with sheetrock, painting and vinyl wall coverings preferred.
• Ability to climb ladders, lift 25–50 lbs, and stand long periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by washing walls and repairing holes.
• Apply paints and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
• Prepare areas to prevent messes and cover with cloth or plastic.
• Move furniture and equipment as needed to access surfaces.
• Inspect and maintain painting, wallpaper, and surface finishes.
