Job summary

Autumn Lake Healthcare in Vineland, NJ, seeks a part-time Hospitality Manager to elevate guest experiences through personalized admissions, daily rounding, and meaningful life moments. You will build lasting relationships and coordinate special experiences that restore dignity and comfort to guests and families.

Responsibilities include coordinating care-team collaboration, documenting encounters, and following up post-discharge to ensure ongoing satisfaction. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality, hotel, healthcare, concierge, guest relations preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Anticipate needs and resolve concerns before they become complaints.
  • Work with nursing, admissions, therapy, dietary, and leadership teams.
  • Support guests from admission through discharge.
  • Conduct post-discharge follow-up calls to ensure continued satisfaction.
  • Document guest interactions and service recovery efforts.
  • Help generate positive reviews through exceptional service.

Work Schedule

20 hours per week. Weekends required.

What You’ll Do
  • Welcome new guests and families through personalized admissions and room orientations.
  • Build meaningful relationships through daily rounding and companionship.
  • Create custom experiences tailored to each guest’s personality, interests, goals, and life story.
  • Help restore dignity, independence, confidence, and a sense of normalcy during recovery.
  • Coordinate unique "white glove" moments that guests and families will never forget.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively resolve concerns before they become complaints.
  • Work closely with nursing, admissions, therapy, dietary, and leadership teams.
  • Support guests throughout their recovery journey from admission through discharge.
  • Conduct post-discharge follow-up calls to ensure continued satisfaction and success at home.
  • Document guest interactions, service recovery efforts, and memorable experiences.
  • Help generate positive reviews through exceptional service and genuine relationships.
