Qualifications

• Minimum of one to two years of janitorial and/or maintenance experience.
• Demonstrated strong guest service skills.

• High-level cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Reliable transportation for required on-call rotation.
• Proficiency in the English language strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of amenity spaces and outdoor areas.
• Troubleshoot and repair resident service requests.
• Maintain community exterior maintenance and presentation.
• Assist maintenance with suite turnover and work requests.
• Execute on-call rotation for after-hours service requests.
• Handle community emergencies like floods and fires.
• Ensure community is accessible during snowfalls.
