This position processes soiled hotel linens and operates laundry machinery to meet quality standards while assisting guests with friendly, courteous service. We value safety, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with housekeeping or laundry experience considered an asset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Housekeeping/laundry experience preferred.
• Attention to detail, customer focused and the ability to perform job duties in repetitious and fast paced environment.
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 75 pounds on a consistent basis throughout shift.
• Significant bending required.

Responsibilities

• Cleanliness: Complete laundry procedures for hotel linens and operate equipment.
• Guest Service: Provide friendly and professional service to guests and respond to requests.
• Safety/Risk Management: Maintain a safe work area and follow regulations and procedures.
• Self-Management: Plan and prioritize duties, attend required meetings and follow dress and attendance rules.
