Uncle Julio’s in Lubbock, TX is seeking experienced Shift Leaders to deliver outstanding guest service in a fast-paced, scratch-kitchen environment.

You will lead a lively team, mentor teammates, and maintain standards for safety, quality, and efficiency. Proficiency with POS systems and Spanish communication are a plus; evening and weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year leadership experience in fast-casual restaurants.
• High School Diploma or GED; higher education preferred.
• Proficiency with POS systems.
• Current alcohol and food service certifications required.
• Ability to communicate in Spanish with crew.
• Availability for evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
• Able to handle physical demands of restaurant work.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

What You’ll Bring (Requirements):

• A minimum of 1 year's experience with leadership in the Fast-Casual Restaurant industry, required.
• High School Diploma or GED, required. Associate's or a bachelor's degree, preferred.
• Proficiency in POS systems.
• Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements are required.
• Ability to verbally communicate in Spanish with the crew.
• Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
