Job summary

Ascent Hospitality is seeking a Laundry Attendant to ensure the cleanliness and care of hotel linens and terry, coordinating with Housekeeping for inventory and pars on each floor. The role supports F&B linen when applicable and emphasizes high standards of service while maintaining efficient laundry processes.

The position requires basic English, a willingness to work in a team and flexible shifts, with a focus on timely, courteous service to guests and colleagues in a hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to understand, read, write and speak basic English.
• Excellent customer service skills are required.
• Must be able to work as part of a team.
• Must be available to work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Receives soiled linens from laundry chutes and laundry carts.
• Sort, wash, dry, fold dirty linen and terry and properly store clean linen.
• Coordinate and distribute cleaned linen and terry for housekeeping and F/B staff as applicable.
• Operate laundry equipment (washer, dryer, iron/board) as needed.
