Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Laundry Associate in Solvang, CA. You will help keep bedding clean and cozy, towels fresh, and linens neat, contributing to dream vacations for guests and families after a day by the pool.

You’ll handle laundry processes, stock housekeeping carts, and maintain clean facilities while delivering excellent guest service and a positive, can-do attitude. This role includes benefits and a strong team environment at Travel + Leisure Co.

Qualifications

Ability to read and comprehend routine instructions, short correspondence and memos.
Ability to give high priority to customer service.
A professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude.
Ability to work independently or with others as needed.

Responsibilities

Process laundry, including loading, operating and unloading washers and dryers.
Wash, fold, and iron soiled linens, towels, napkins and tablecloths.
Safely operate, clean, and maintain equipment as trained.
Stock shelves and maintain the cleanliness of the laundry facility.
Assist in monthly linen inventory and preparing and stocking housekeeping carts.
Maintain positive guest and associate relationships by responding to inquiries and concerns.
