Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.
• Ability to count and perform simple mathematics to insure proper inventory levels.
• Pleasant, tactful, courteous, and cooperative with both members and other employees.
• Makes small repairs in residences, laundry and equipment.
• Must be able to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintains clean, sanitary, pleasant living environment for residents.
• Cleans floors, walls, furnishings, and common areas in buildings.
• Vacuums carpets and shampoos rugs; dusts, mops, and waxes as needed.
• Disinfects and deodorizes as directed; handles waste properly.
• Maintains department vehicles and equipment; moves furniture as needed.
