Job summary

MasterCorp, Inc. is looking for a friendly Houseperson/Runner to support Supervisors and Housekeepers, ensuring rooms and sites meet quality standards and guest expectations. You will help manage linens, supplies, and cleaning tasks across assigned units.

This role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and a commitment to safety. We offer paid training, benefits, and opportunities for growth in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 75 pounds (with or without accommodation).
• Ability to read, write and do basic math.
• Personal timeliness; be prompt with all assignments.
• A passion for cleanliness and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work irregular hours and flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage closets.
• Strip units of soiled linens as directed.
• Deliver linen and supply bags to units.
• Remove soiled linens and trash from units.
• Move furniture as directed.
• Report maintenance issues per procedure.
• Report lost and found items to Executive Housekeeper.
• Ensure a safe working environment at each site.
