Job summary

Holiday Inn Express & Suites South Hill in Virginia is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Responsibilities include making beds, vacuuming, mopping, restocking toiletries, and general upkeep to meet our high cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Impeccable work ethic and strong organizational and communication skills.
• Must have graduated high school or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum, mop, make beds, dust and polish furniture, stock rooms with toiletries, and do laundry as needed
• Document rooms cleaned, report lost and found items and any damage or repairs needed
• Respond to general inquiries from guests
• Keep common spaces such as the lobby, hallways, and restrooms clean and stocked with supplies
• Clean and arrange hotel rooms in accordance with our hotel's standards prior to guest arrival
