The Housekeeper upholds cleanliness standards and guest service expectations, with responsibilities ranging from trash removal to deep cleaning, and maintaining supplies and equipment. This position emphasizes guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of housekeeping/laundry standard procedures and techniques.
• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
• Ability to clean the minimum required rooms per shift.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds as needed.

Aufgaben

• Clean guest rooms according to standard operating procedures.
• Remove trash and debris from guest rooms and surrounding areas.
• Ensure all hotel areas meet company standards.
• Clean bathrooms, kitchens, and dining areas.
• Vacuum and mop floors; clean and maintain furnishings.
• Maintain exterior appearance of rooms and windows.
• Restock housekeeping supplies and equipment.
• Operate housekeeping equipment per SOPs.
• Report safety or guest concerns to supervisor.
