Job summary

MasterCorp, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a Housekeeper. Earn up to $19 per hour with paid training and immediate hire. A dedicated team focused on hospitality service, reliability, and growth awaits you.

You will clean resort units to high standards, follow safety practices, and support guest satisfaction. No prior experience required; you must be able to lift 25 lbs and work flexible hours. Training provided and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds (with or without accommodation).
• Ability to read, write and do basic math.
• Personal timeliness and promptness with assignments.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Clean units including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and decks.
• Strip units of soiled linens and remove trash from units.
• Report clean units as vacant and ready for inspection.
• Report maintenance issues as per company procedure and report damaged or stained items.
• Report missing inventory and supplies to Supervisor.
• Perform weekly guest services cleans as directed.
• Attend training sessions and apply training practically.
• Maintain a safe working environment and assist in guest issue resolution.
