Responsibilities

• Answer phones throughout the shift and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
• Greeting and seating guests while maintaining a balanced rotation between servers.
• Clear communication, both face‑to‑face and over the phone.
• Be eager to accommodate all guests’ requests.
• Assessment and understanding of going on a wait as needed.
• Additional opening and closing side work duties.
