Job summary

Angry Crab Shack in Acworth, GA is seeking energetic HBR staff to greet guests, manage seating flow, and assist servers with delivering meals. This role combines host, busser, and runner duties in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Nights and weekends required; part-time and full-time positions available with flexible shifts. Ideal candidates are customer-service oriented, dependable, and able to stand for long periods; basic serving skills and cash-handling ability a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for 4–10 hours.
• Knowledge of service standards.
• Be able to lift and carry 10–20 lbs.
• Obtain state approved food Handlers Card.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
• Monitor restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow.
• Estimate wait times for guests and seating guests.
• Responds to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Performs opening and closing duties, as needed.
• Refill beverages at tables.
• Help deliver food to tables and distribute food to proper seat positions.
• Pre-bussing tables/clearing and cleaning tables after guests leave the restaurant.
• Take full garbage cans to the dumpsters and emptying trash into the dumpsters.
• Assists others with side work including, but not limited to cleaning, stocking, etc.
