Job summary

EOS Hospitality in New York offers a J-1 internship program in which you will spend 3, 6, or 12 months in frontline roles across Guest Services, Housekeeping, or Food & Beverage. The program includes rotational shadowing, a meaningful project to present to property leadership, and access to extensive video training for skill development.

You will gain real-world hospitality experience, learn from leaders, and have opportunities for professional growth within the company’s properties.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in Business Hospitality, Tourism, Culinary or related degree.
• Available to complete at least a 3-month program (May to August).
• Maintains a cumulative 3.0 GPA or higher.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and interpret instructional documents in English.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must obtain appropriate unrestricted work authorization in the US for the duration of the program (3, 6, or 12 months).
• Employee housing is available at a number of locations and may be provided.
• Physically able to perform required tasks (walk, stand, bend, kneel, lift up to 30 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Support frontline positions in Guest Services, Housekeeping, or Food & Beverage.
• Rotational job-shadowing across departments.
• Complete and present a meaningful project to property leadership.
• On-the-job, self-paced learning with access to video training library.
• Network with program participants within the property and across the company.
• Develop professional growth in hospitality operations, leadership and business acumen.
