Job summary

Thrive Restaurant Group, a family-owned restaurant operator, seeks a Server to join its team. You will deliver food and drinks, greet guests, and ensure a memorable dining experience in a welcoming, lively setting that values generosity and hospitality.

As part of a team serving Carlos O’Kelly’s from our portfolio, you’ll use a tablet POS, interact with guests, and contribute to a fun, energetic atmosphere. Training focuses on service excellence and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Care for others and eagerness to learn.
• Positive attitude and helpful demeanor.
• Ability to wipe tables and booths in all areas.
• Transport dishes and supplies about 30 times per shift.
• Basic reading, writing, math, and verbal skills.
• Mobility required during the shift.
• Lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and drinks to guests.
• Greet guests and suggest menu items.
• Create a friendly, upbeat atmosphere.
• Relay orders to bar and kitchen using the POS system.
• Observe guests and respond to requests.
• Present checks to tables.
• Help clear and reset dining areas.
