Job summary

True Food Kitchen in Reston, VA is seeking friendly servers to create welcoming guest experiences. You will take and enter orders, deliver meals with care, and help guests find their perfect dish while maintaining a fast-paced, hospitable environment.

We offer a tipping-based compensation structure starting at state tipped minimum wage plus tips, with AM/PM and mid-day shifts available. Prior restaurant experience is a plus, but training is provided.
