Qualifications

• Current nursing license valid in Florida.
• Willingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the community

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and promote independence.
• Identify resident medical and behavioral changes and contribute to care plans and re-assessment.
• Provide daily report to the Director of Health Services on conditions, staff performance, resident needs, and nursing supplies.
• Provide nursing care according to physician’s orders and established standards and policies.
• Coordinate nursing care with other disciplines to ensure comprehensive services.
