Job summary

Shake Shack Enterprises, LLC is hiring a Crew Member in Lancaster, PA to deliver genuine hospitality and prepare food to Shake Shack standards. You will rotate through stations, learn quickly in a fast-paced team, and ensure guest satisfaction.

The role offers an hourly rate of $15.00 plus tips, with up to an extra $2/hour for certain late shifts. Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays required; must be 16+ years old. Weekly pay and benefits are included.
