Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or in racks.
• Washes pots, pans and trays, ensuring complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polishes silver using equipment as required and maintains sanitation.
• Follows safety procedures and maintains proper temperatures and chemical levels.
• Keeps dish area orderly and compliant with safety standards.
• Transports supplies between storage and work areas and assists with loading.
