Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking Delivery Drivers in Wisconsin for part-time or full-time roles, with shifts varying weekly based on catering volume. You will represent the Chick-fil-A brand, provide excellent hospitality to guests, and maintain high service standards.

A valid driver's license and a smartphone with data are required, along with the ability to lift 10-50 lbs. Benefits include flexible scheduling and employee meal access.

Qualifications

• Must have a working smartphone with a data plan and GPS.
• Must have a valid state-issued driver's license.
• Ability to carry delivery tote bags (approximately 10-50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Represent Chick-fil-A as a brand ambassador by embracing and demonstrating our values and our culture at the highest level at all times.
• Execute safe driving best practices when operating delivery vehicles with a sense of urgency.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by protecting and upholding our brand at all times as you attend to customer concerns as they arise on a delivery.
• Assist with preparation and assembly of catering orders in the restaurant, ensuring proper food safety and quality standards are met.
• Maintain Operational Excellence in vehicles and delivery assembly area (cleanliness, speed and accuracy, taste of food, and attentive & courteous) at all times.
• Meet with supervisor on shift to receive specific position and duty(s) on current shift.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times.
• Other duties as assigned
