Tropical Smoothie Cafe is looking for energetic crew members to spread sunshine and deliver amazing hospitality in a lively environment. Join our team if you enjoy a fun atmosphere and want to grow from hourly roles into leadership through our career path program.

We offer full-time and part-time positions with shifts from day to night and a potential quarterly pay increase based on performance. Employee and family discounts are available as part of our benefits.

Responsabilités

• Delivers unparalleled hospitality to each customer.
• Prepares and assembles food and smoothie ingredients to brand standards.
• Uses sanitation practices to handle and prepare food.
• Sets up and monitors food and smoothie workstations.
• Cleans and organizes kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms and other areas in the café.
• Follows the steps to operate the register, including taking customer orders, accurately handling cash and being responsible for the drawer.
• Follows all safety and security policies set by the brand.
• Eligible for quarterly increase based on performance for Crew member positions
