Job summary

First Finish, now part of the Shawmut family, is seeking a Project Manager to oversee Maryland-area hotel renovation projects with a strong client focus and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with estimators, purchasing, and field leadership to ensure profitable, on-schedule delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in commercial PM, experience with hospitality or occupied spaces, and travel flexibility. This is a full-time, on-site position with benefits and ESOP.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience in commercial settings.
• Experience leading multiple projects simultaneously in hospitality or occupied spaces.
• Direct responsibility for staff development and mentoring.
• Highly organized with strong client focus and communication.
• Familiarity with Timberline and Procore (or similar PM tools).
• Flexibility for required business travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop purchasing schedules and strategies to pre-empt challenges.
• Collaborate with Estimating and Purchasing to protect profitability and client satisfaction.
• Maintain an up-to-date project schedule with the Superintendent.
• Thoroughly complete financial data to identify issues affecting performance.
• Build relationships to ensure world-class customer service across stakeholders.
