True Food Kitchen in Fairfax, VA is seeking friendly Bussers to help keep our dining room smooth and guests smiling. You’ll clear tables, assist servers, and maintain a welcoming, clean space during lunch and dinner shifts.

We offer part-time to full-time hours, flexible scheduling for nights, weekends, and holidays, and benefits like health options, dining discounts, and pet insurance to support you and your family. Previous restaurant experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Keep the dining room clean by promptly clearing and resetting tables.
• Assist servers with water/tea refills and clearing tableware.
• Monitor and clean floors, bar, and restrooms as needed.
• Stock clean dishes from the dish station.
• Clean spills quickly and discreetly.
• Help deliver food during busy times.
• Thank guests and ask about their experience.
• Respond sincerely to guest requests and communicate with the team.
