The role requires punctuality, cash handling, age verification, and teamwork across departments. You will monitor inventory, assist guests, and follow all health, safety, and security procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to greet guests, anticipate needs, and provide friendly, professional service.
• Cash handling experience with the ability to process payments accurately, balance cash drawers, and maintain shift reports.
• Familiarity with food safety, sanitation, and health code regulations for food and beverage service.
• Ability to prepare and serve food and beverage orders efficiently, including room service deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time and wear proper uniform with name tag.
• Serve beverages and food orders; deliver room-service orders.
• Maintain a clean, stocked bar area and report inventory needs.
• Verify guest ages and monitor intoxication per regulations.
• Handle payments and balance cash drawers accurately.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments and assist guests as needed.
