Thrive Restaurant Group is opening a dual-branded Applebee's/IHOP, seeking a friendly Bartender to craft beverages, serve guests at the bar, and support overall guest experience. You will work mornings to late evenings, maintaining bar cleanliness and assisting with opening/closing duties in a fast-paced family atmosphere.

We emphasize hospitality, teamwork, and genuine care for guests. Compensation includes tip-credit minimum wage plus tips, with earnings varying by shift and business levels.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality and guest service is preferred.
• Strong math and cash handling abilities are required.
• Ability to operate bar equipment safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages following recipes and laws.
• Create welcoming atmosphere and provide exceptional hospitality.
• Take orders at the bar and serve guests seated there.
• Open/close bar duties and maintain bar readiness.
• Stock bar supplies and prepare garnishes throughout shifts.
• Process payments and handle guest checks accurately.
• Enter orders into POS and coordinate with kitchen for timely service.
