Job summary

Spring Valley Health & Rehab is hiring Hospitality Aides to support our care team and residents while you train to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). No CNA certification is required to start—we’ll train you.

We offer paid training, flexible scheduling, and benefits for eligible team members. You’ll assist residents with daily activities, learn care routines with CNAs and nurses, and pursue CNA certification with our mentorship.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with meals, hydration, companionship, and mobility.

What You’ll Do (AKA: Your Everyday Superpowers)

Support Resident Well-Being:

• Assist residents with daily activities like meals, hydration, companionship, and mobility—no hands‑on care required at this stage.
• Provide warm, friendly interactions that brighten our residents' days.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable environment for residents and staff.

Be a Key Part of the Team:

• Work closely with CNAs and nurses to learn care routines and protocols.
• Provide updates and observations about residents' well-being to the nursing team.
• Pitch in where needed to help our community run smoothly.

Train to Become a CNA (We’ll Help!):

• Enroll in a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training program, fully supported by our team.
• Receive hands‑on experience and mentorship as you prepare to take your certification exam.
• Transition to a CNA role with us upon successful completion!

No Experience? No Problem!

• No CNA certification is required to start—we’ll train you.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• A heart for helping others and a strong desire to grow in senior care.

Physical & Schedule Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with resident movement under supervision.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, resident-centered environment.

Salary: $15.19 - $17.63*

$2.00/Hour PM Shift Differential

$4.00/Hour NOC Shift Differential
