Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Hospitality Aide to support residents with non-clinical daily tasks, help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, and assist with routine activities. This role requires reliability, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates will assist with meals, encourage participation in activities, and maintain orderly rooms while following all safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain resident rooms and common areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
• Assist with resident laundry services as needed.
• Follow safety, compliance, and care policies; report concerns promptly.
• Perform additional non-clinical duties to support daily facility operations.
• Observe and report safety issues or conditions requiring management or nursing attention.

Your Impact as a Hospitality Aide

In This Role, You Will

• Support Nursing Services (Non-Clinical): Assist the nursing department with non-nursing tasks, including bed-making, passing water and ice, answering call lights, and gathering supplies.
• Assist with Meals: Prepare, deliver, and clean up meals following dietary guidelines and safety standards.
• Encourage Participation: Support a positive living environment by encouraging residents to engage in activities and social programs.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep resident rooms and common areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Provide Laundry Assistance: Assist with resident laundry services as needed.
• Follow Safety & Compliance Standards: Comply with the Patient Bill of Rights, Employee Responsibilities, and all company and departmental safety policies and procedures.
• Observe and Report: Identify and promptly report concerns, safety issues, or conditions requiring management or nursing attention.
• Assist as Needed: Perform additional non-clinical duties to support daily facility operations.
