The Springs Pinnacle Mountain is actively seeking a Hospitality Aide to join our team in Little Rock, AR. This full-time position offers training sessions with potential to become a Certified Nursing Assistant, though the role does not involve direct patient care.

Key duties include responding to signals to assess resident needs, delivering meals, handling linens, and maintaining clean spaces under supervision of licensed staff. A 6-month work contract is required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to signal lights, bells, or intercom to assess resident needs.
• Distribute linens and make beds.
• Serve and collect food trays; monitor trays.
• Pass fluids and nourishments to residents who do not require assistance.
• Clean utility rooms, storage areas, and resident rooms/closets/drawers.
• Stock supplies and manage soiled linen and incontinence barrels.
• Assist with cleaning and storage of bedpans, bedside commodes, urinals under nurse guidance.
• Change bed linens, run errands, direct visitors, and answer phones.

The Hospitality Aide role involves performing duties in accordance with state and federal regulations and policies. Successful performance in this position may lead to training opportunities to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). It's important to note that the Hospitality Aide does not engage in direct patient care.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

• Responding to signal lights, bells, or intercom systems to assess resident needs.
• Distributing linens and making beds.
• Serving and collecting food trays, as well as performing tray monitoring.
• Passing fluids and nourishments to residents who do not require assistance.
• Cleaning utility rooms, storage areas, and resident rooms/closets/drawers.
• Stocking supplies and managing soiled linen and incontinence barrels.
• Performing assigned tasks related to cleaning, disinfecting, and storing bedpans, bedside commodes, urinals, and other supplies under the guidance of a licensed nurse, based on the Hospitality Aide's capabilities.
• Changing bed linens, running errands, directing visitors, and answering telephones.
• Additional duties as assigned, appropriate to the position.
• Signing a 6-month work contract will be a requirement.
